The BlueStar® Nova Series line features wok-ready open burners with up to 22,000 BTUs of intense, even heat for fast stir-frying and searing. A gentle simmer burner maintains a low 130 temperature perfect for holding sauces. The BTUs vary by burner but are completely customizable. Home chefs can select ranges and rangetops with any configuration of burners and chose other restaurant-style surfaces such as built-in griddles, charbroilers and chef-preferred French Tops.

The ranges feature extra-large convection ovens that fit a full size commercial baking sheet and also boast an 18500 infrared broiler. Nova Series ranges and rangetops are available in 24”, 30”, 36”, 48” and 60” sizes.
