BLANDON, PA, January 7 – BlueStar®, manufacturer of high-performance, fully-customizable appliances for the home, has launched a new 48” model to its popular Residential Culinary Series line of gas ranges. The Culinary Series offers professional-level performance for the home chef and can be customized to reflect a consumer’s personal sense of style, offering an extraordinary array of 1000 colors and metal trims, as well as matte and gloss finishes, all at a very competitive price.

Handcrafted in the U.S., Culinary Series sealed burner ranges are built to last with commercial-grade materials. The newest model continues a design evolution by BlueStar® to bring competitively-priced, first-class American-crafted appliances to the home chef, including color and performance features previously only available on premium-priced models.

An exclusive feature that sets the Culinary Series apart from the competition is the option to choose from BlueStar’s unparalleled color palette of over 1,000 color options—eye-catching hues that include today’s classic blues and trending yellows and reds, to the more traditional white and black. The new 48” Culinary Series range features eight sealed burners that vary in performance from a gentle simmer to powerful 21,000 BTU burners—versus a basic range’s 12,000 BTUs—for searing and sautéing, while the smallest burner delivers a light simmer, prized for soups, sauces and melting butter or chocolate. The full motion grates let you move pots and pans seamlessly across the cooking surface and the top allows for a quick and easy clean up. The range offers an extra-large oven that will accommodate a full-size 18″ x 26″ commercial baking sheet, while the side oven easily handles standard size sheet pans. The convection fan system combined with the cavity design of the oven provides incredibly even heat distribution for precise baking results.
