The new 48” Culinary Series – Sealed Burner gas ranges feature 8 burners with four different BTU levels, giving home cooks the ultimate in flexibility for whatever they are making. Two front 21,000 BTU burners provide high intense heat for a rapid boil or high heat sear. A precise 5,000 BTU simmer burner provides the perfect low heat for soups, sauces or melting butter. A combination of 18,000 and 10,000 BTUs burners completes the cooktop. The full motion grates provide a smooth surface to easily move pots and pans without lifting, plus are dishwasher safe. The black enameled spill tray is sleek and provides a quick and easy clean up.
The 48” range features two extra-large ovens. The left-side 30” convection oven fits commercial size baking sheets. This over-sized oven provides even heat distribution, perfect for large batch cookie making, and holiday entertaining. It also has an 1850° commercial-grade infrared broiler. The smaller 18” right-side oven easily fits full casserole dishes, or half-size baking sheets for quick weeknight meals.
First the first time, the Culinary Series is now available with unprecedented customization options. All BlueStar® Sealed Burner ranges are now available in over 1,000 different colors and finishes. These finishes, include gloss, matte as well as three different textures. Choose from dozens of options in any color pallet. Color is not where the customization stops. Home owners and designers alike can accent their range with painted knobs in over 190 colors. This is the perfect way to bring in other color from around the kitchen, whether is be curtains or chair fabrics. Finally, match your kitchen hardware, plumbing, or lighting fixtures to 10 different metal trim options such as copper, brass chrome and oil rubbed bronze.
