“We’re thrilled to be back on The Next Iron Chef for a second consecutive season. Last year’s show was a huge hit among cooking fans and it was exciting for BlueStar to be a part of it. In addition to cooking on BlueStar ranges, this year the chefs will also be cooking on BlueStar professional grade cookware. It’s always fun to see some of the world’s best chefs matching skills using our products,” said Keith Wolf, Vice President of Marketing at BlueStar.
BlueStar has long been recognized as the cooking equipment of choice for the serious home chef. The unique 22,000 BTU burner system is the highest powered open burner on the market. For lighter cooking, the ranges also feature a 135 degree simmer burner, perfect for preparing delicate sauces and soups. It boasts an extremely large oven capacity, powerful convection fan, and a roll out rack that will support even the largest and heaviest turkey. The line offers 24”, 30”, 36”, 48” and 60” ranges and is available in more than 190 colors. Each BlueStar range is hand-crafted in Reading, Pennsylvania.
